Activities

The Center organizes and supports activities that

  • foster interactions between research units, groups and researchers at Eawag and WSL;
  • identify synergies within and across Eawag and WSL or beyond (e.g., other ETH Domain institutes); and
  • generate visibility of the Eawag and WSL biodiversity research and its application.

 

Workshops

We support workshops and working groups that establish, emphasize, or further develop in-house networking and collaboration.

Biodiversity Symposium

We organize an annual symposium to bring together the WSL community to discuss a current topic on biodiversity research and outreach.

Summer School

We offer a yearly summer school focused on current topics in biodiversity research and outreach.

Biodiversity Seminar Series

We invite scientists and practitioners–from natural and social science disciplines– to present their work and share new findings.
